Events beyond my control may affect delivery times. A package will not be considered lost for at least 1 month from the date of delivery.For the western Canadian provinces, the delay can be up to 8 weeks before receipt of the order, the deadlines depend entirely on Canada Post.It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I may return the package at the customer's expense or issue a refund of the item only. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchange or return

Delivery costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.When you return an item, please mail it with your local post. Do not post via UPS, Fedex or Purolator. Customs fees may be charged and you will have to pay them in order to proceed with the exchange.The package is now your responsibility. If you decide to return the item to me without tracking information and the package does not make it to its destination, you will be responsible for this loss.

To keep jewelry shiny and clean, use a polishing cloth for jewelry.If the jewelry is made of stainless steel, simply clean it with a damp line.All jewelry with glass cabochons should not be in contact with water.Avoid very humid conditions for jewelry that is not made of stainless steel.
